Job Opening: Front Office Cum Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic Front Office cum Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, with strong skills in preparing quotations, managing client relationships, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the front desk efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and proposals to clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
- Maintain and update client records and sales database
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities
- Follow up with clients to secure orders and maintain excellent customer relations
- Support administrative tasks related to sales and customer support
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
- Proven experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-oriented attitude
