We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to work closely with our Director and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for university students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on corporate experience and develop strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating internal communications and follow-ups with various departments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Manage calendar appointments and track key deadlines.
- Perform data entry, document control, and general office duties.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, or stakeholders as directed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official visits.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Must hold a valid own visa (student, spouse, or family visa).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized with great time management skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
