Key Responsibilities:
· Support daily office operations and project documentation.
· Maintain records for contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.
· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
· Prepare reports, quotations, and presentations as needed.
· Handle communication and follow-up with clients or site teams regarding administrative matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
· 3+ years of admin experience in FM or fit-out companies (UAE experience preferred).
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ERP software is a plus.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
