Skill set required:
1) Managing calendars, scheduling meetings for sales team, handling emails, organizing documents, and preparing reports. Specifically Check emails, whatsup and respond promptly.
2) MOST IMPORTANT - Prioritizing tasks, setting reminders, tracking deadlines and submissions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
3) Answer all incoming calls and take necessary actions
4) Whatsup broadcast every month
5) Handling sales orders, preparing quotations, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. And follow up.
6) Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
7) Sales Coordination
A. Follow-Up Scheduling & Reminders
B. Contact the leads via phone, whatsup and email.
C. Reach out to inbound inquiries or cold leads to prequalify and book meetings.
D. Set reminders to follow up at critical points.
E. Send personalized emails to leads to keep them warm.
F. Ensure no lead is lost due to missed communication.
