ADMIN WITH ACCOUNTS KNOWLEDGE
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant with basic accounts knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist in handling accounts-related tasks, and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties: filing, data entry, correspondence
- Assist in handling invoices, quotation, receipts, and petty cash
- Bookkeeping and records maintenance
- Support the accounts team with document preparation
- Answer phone calls and handle office communications
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / other accounting software (added advantage)
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
