Job description
We are seeking a Receptionist ( Guest Relations officer) with insurance knowledge to join our medical centre. The ideal candidate will manage front-office duties and assist with insurance verifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Insurance Knowledge: Verify patient insurance, assist with treatment approvals, and address insurance-related inquiries.
- Communication: Provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions and guiding them through billing and insurance processes. Communicate clinic offers to patients - cold calls
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with clinic management software is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000 - AED2,500 per month
Timing : 9:00 - 13:00
18:00 - 21:30
Weekly one day off
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
