About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our Beauty Buying Team. This role will support the digital team by providing administrative assistance and contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and organize key information, including:
    • Line lists for promotions
    • Digital assets for photoshoots
    • Gifts for marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and databases
  • Extract and compile reports using MicroStrategy
  • Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal use
  • Audit online platforms to ensure:
    • New product launches are live
    • Brand pages are correctly displayed
    • Product descriptions are accurate and aligned with brand standards

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Planning, ideally within the Beauty or Luxury retail sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with sound financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coordinate complex tasks across multiple stakeholders and departments
