Dnieper Safety – Middle East is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as an Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Assist in internal communications
- Support HR or operations when needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
Requirements:
- Available to work onsite 5 days a week from 9:00 am-2:30 pm
- UAE National with valid passport and family book (mandatory)
- Female only.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Available to join immediatley.
