We are looking to hire an Administrative Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company data and reports using advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Maintain accurate internal records, trackers, and databases for listings, leads, and performance reports.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across sales, marketing, and listing teams.
- Generate periodic performance and operational reports for management.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth internal workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — must be able to build and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
