Oversee Portal requirements & listing updates on (propertyfinder, bayut, & dubizzle)
Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
·Act as a point of contact among clients, employees, agents, senior level executives & external agencies.
Manage senior level executives’ calendars & meetings
Make travel & accommodation arrangements as required
Keep a track of daily expenses, and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as required.
Act as an office manager by keeping up with the office supply inventory
Manage the reception desk.
Organize & maintain the office filing system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate
Language: Tagalog, English
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with real estate software or CRM systems (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Salesforce) is a plus.
Previous administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
