Job Overview
Skyline Serenity is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator – Accounting & Operations to manage both administrative and financial functions within our growing hospitality business. This hybrid role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and confident juggling office coordination and day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
As part of a dynamic and fast paced team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth internal operations and ensuring the financial accuracy as we continue to scale our luxury holiday home portfolio across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure efficient operations
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain up to date financial records including ledgers, cash book, and petty cash
- Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits when needed
- Handle employee documentation, leave records, and onboarding files
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers
- Support VAT filings and compliance with UAE financial regulations
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place replenishment orders
- Provide ad hoc administrative or financial support to senior management
- Organize and maintain confidential company files (digital and physical)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT filing, and financial documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and basic HR protocols is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
