**Sales Administrator Assistant**
**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator Assistant to join our team. This crucial role serves as the administrative backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will work directly with our dynamic sales team, providing vital support in documentation management, client coordination, and various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process all sales-related documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Archive and organize both digital and physical documentation for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of sales agreements.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to property handover.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing timely responses.
- Maintain positive client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses for management review.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends or areas of concern.
- Compile data for quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and targets.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for materials needed during client presentations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administration or sales support roles is required.
- Previous experience in the UAE will be considered a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
