Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts:
- Daily expense entry and petty cash handling
- Bank reconciliation and invoice tracking
- Assist with VAT filings and vendor payments
- Maintain accounts in software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
• Admin:
- Organize files, documents, and maintain office inventory
- Coordinate maintenance and office supplies
- Draft letters, emails, and handle follow-ups
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
• HR:
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
