Job Title: Administrative officer – Car Wash & Detailing Services

Job Summary
As the backbone of our daily operations, you’ll oversee both the front-end customer experience and back-end administrative processes. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in dynamic, service-driven environments and has a talent for juggling logistics, client satisfaction, and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome walk-in clients and respond promptly to phone, WhatsApp, or email inquiries
· Manage and optimize the service schedule for walk-ins and bookings, ensuring minimal waiting times
· Follow up with client’s post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
· Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and handle any complaints with professionalism
· Issue invoices and receipts, manage petty cash, and assist with cash/online payment reconciliation
· Coordinate inventory purchasing (chemicals, towels, tools) and manage supplier relationships
· Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
· Maintain office organization and coordinate with vendors
Qualifications & Skills
· At least 1 year of administrative experience (automotive, hospitality, or high-volume service industries preferred)
· Familiarity with prior experience in automotive cleaning and detailing.
· Excellent verbal and written communication (English mandatory; Turkish and Arabic is a plus)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing needs
· Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, or basic CRM tools

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
