Golden Key Car Rental is looking for a detail-oriented Operation Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience working with TARS, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations efficiently.
- Work with TARS for rental management.
- Handle reports, data entry, and pricing updates using Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in improving operational processes for better efficiency.
- Monitor and manage renewal of rental cars in RTA system.
- Process fine payments via the official Dubai Police portal
Requirements:
- Experience in office operations, preferably in car rental or a related field.
- Proficiency in TARS and Speed Auto System (or ability to learn quickly).
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, reports, data analysis).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Salary expectations:
2000 AED monthly
