Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and documentation within the organization.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist managers and department heads with daily administrative support as needed.
- Coordinate internal communications and help organize meetings, reports, and schedules.
- Handle day-to-day office operations and liaise with external vendors or service providers.
- Manage priorities effectively and remain composed during high-pressure or stressful situations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to handle stress and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist managers and support colleagues.
