We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Officer with a strong sales background to join our growing institution. In this target-driven role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, combining your sales expertise with a passion for education to convert inquiries into enrollments. Your ability to understand student needs, articulate program benefits, and close enrollments will directly contribute to our institutional growth.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students on available programs, admissions procedures, and potential career opportunities.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand individual needs and boost enrollment outcomes.
- Actively follow up with leads and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process with accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
- Monitor and assess enrollment data to identify trends and support process optimization.
- Represent the institution at external events and assist with promotional initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in education sales or student recruitment, ideally within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
