We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Officer with a strong sales background to join our growing institution. In this target-driven role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, combining your sales expertise with a passion for education to convert inquiries into enrollments. Your ability to understand student needs, articulate program benefits, and close enrollments will directly contribute to our institutional growth.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise prospective students on academic programs, admissions procedures, and career pathways.
- Conduct tailored consultations to understand student needs and drive successful enrollments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and achieve established monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Manage the full admissions cycle, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking within the CRM system.
- Analyze enrollment metrics to identify trends and contribute to process enhancements.
- Represent the institution at external fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of demonstrated success in student recruitment or education sales, preferably in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related discipline.
- Strong consultative sales abilities with proficient objection-handling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
