Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand the Permit to Work (PTW) issued by the Job Owner or Area Authority.
- Ensure the toolbox talk is conducted with all team members before starting the job.
- Carry out work in accordance with the approved risk assessment, method statement, and work instructions.
- Ensure the work site is properly prepared, isolated, and safe before beginning the job.
- Use appropriate PPE and tools, and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain clear communication with the PTW issuer, Job Supervisor, and Area Authority throughout the job.
- Stop the job and report any unsafe conditions, changes in scope, or emergencies immediately.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and return of the worksite to a safe condition after job completion.
- Sign off on permits once the job is safely completed and approved by the Job Owner.
- Support compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
- ADNOC Job Performer Approval Card (valid and project-specific).
- eWMS (not WMS) from ATA
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Basic understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and HSE protocols.
- Ability to read and understand work permits, JSA, and work procedures.
- Knowledge of specific job discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation).
- Physically fit and capable of working in high-risk environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
