Job Title: Job Performer

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Job Performer to oversee and execute tasks on construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, project standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing site conditions, preparing necessary work permits, and coordinating with site supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project standards.
- Assess site conditions and prepare necessary work permits in advance.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient task execution.
- Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the worksite is clean, clear, and safe upon completion or suspension of work.
- Remain at the worksite for the duration of the task to monitor safety and progress.
- Conduct toolbox talks before the commencement of tasks.
- Suspend work in the event of emergencies or general alarms.
- Close permits upon completion of work activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to assess site conditions and prepare work permits.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Willingness to remain on-site for the duration of tasks.
- Capability to conduct effective toolbox talks.
- Preparedness to respond appropriately to emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADNOC procedures and safety standards.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and compliance requirements.
