Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Consultant with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP). The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging the power of Adobe Real-time CDP to deliver personalized customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AEP with a focus on data management, identity resolution and segmentation.
Responsibilities:
– Leverage Adobe Real-time CDP to create a unified customer profile, leveraging real-time data from various sources to deliver personalized experiences across channels.
– Analyze campaign performance across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising and content marketing using Adobe Analytics and other tools.
– Connect various data sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, customer feedback and online behaviour) to Adobe Real-time CDP and configure data pipelines for seamless integration.
– Design and implement new data insight reports.
– Provide data insights, counts etc requested by CRM/Business team to build segmentation.
– Create ETL jobs.
– Collaborate with campaign operations and CRM business teams to understand their data insights requirements for segmentation and reporting.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis or a related field with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-time CDP.
– Expertise in Adobe Real-time CDP with hands-on experience in data ingestion, identity management, segmentation and decisioning.
– Proficiency in Adobe Analytics with knowledge of data analysis, reporting and visualization.
– Expert in writing complex SQL queries.
– Ability to analyze SQL statements and identify issues.
– Understanding of campaign engagement data metrics.
– Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles.
– Proven track record of successfully supporting and maintaining large-scale data ETL projects.
– Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
