Prime Wellness Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Life Support Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in delivering high-quality training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and other critical courses.
This role plays a vital role in equipping healthcare professionals with life-saving skills and fostering excellence in emergency response training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based training sessions for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other courses in compliance with AHA and ASHI guidelines.
- Assess participants' performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure skill mastery.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest protocols and best practices.
- Manage and maintain training equipment, ensuring a hands-on, professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance program quality and participant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certifications.
- Serve as a role model in professional conduct, communication, and clinical expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as an AHA and ASHI Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc. (Mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience teaching advanced life support courses in Dubai, UAE.
- Background in healthcare or emergency medical services (e.g., nurse, paramedic, physician) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using medical simulation equipment and training technology.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different participant skill levels.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
