We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, converting consultations into treatments, converting quality leads in a luxury medical setting, building long-term relationships with clients, and helping us grow our patient base through expert sales techniques and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the clinic’s aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients
- Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
- Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
- Convert consultations into sales through excellent product knowledge and customer care
- Maintain a strong understanding of all treatments and procedures offered
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with the clinic’s medical and administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up using the clinic’s CRM system
- Assist in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions when needed
- Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-ups
