Our beauty center specializes in high-end, holistic treatments using premium Japanese and European skincare brands. We offer transformative facial and body rituals that blend wellness, efficacy, and luxury.
We are seeking a female therapist (25+) with solid hands-on experience in advanced facial treatments, strong product knowledge, and a refined client approach. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality facial and body treatments according to our protocols and brand standards.
- Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and attention.
- Upsell treatments and skincare products in a professional and non-pushy manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and product innovations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a spa, skincare clinic, or luxury beauty center.
- Strong technical knowledge of facial protocols, massage techniques, and skincare products.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for holistic wellness, client care, and continuous professional development.
- Valid certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or related fields.
