As we expand our global reach, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Aircraft Sales Broker to join our elite aviation sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-value negotiations and have a passion for private aviation and luxury client service.
Role Overview
The Aircraft Sales Broker will be responsible for developing and converting high-value leads across the private aviation sector, including both aircraft charter and acquisition deals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aviation sales, strong commercial instincts, and a solid understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, aircraft owners, charter clients, and operators.
- Convert inbound leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings or aircraft transactions.
- Present tailored private jet charter and aircraft purchase options based on client profiles.
- Monitor aircraft availability, market trends, pricing structures, and aircraft valuations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
- Work in coordination with dispatch, CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, quotes, and deals in the CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in private aviation sales, charter brokerage, or luxury travel sales.
- Proven track record in high-value sales, client management, and deal closure.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Understanding of the UAE and Middle East private aviation market is preferred.
- Familiarity with aircraft types, operating costs, charter rates, and aviation regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
