Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Arabic-speaking Executive Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, highly organized, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft and translate correspondence, reports, and documents in Arabic and English.
- Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external parties.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- UAE work experience.
- Experience in government or business service sectors.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
