Architect specialized in façade design
We seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect specialized in façade design to join our creative and dynamic architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in designing modern and/or classical building façades and a solid understanding of architectural aesthetics and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and high-quality façade designs for various architectural projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Oversee the implementation of façade designs on-site and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated with global trends and technologies in façade architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in façade design.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects is a plus.
