Responsibilities:
Design/Office Duties:
- Preparing project work plan.
- Coordinating with the design team.
- Preparing BOQs.
- Purchasing & Procurement activities.
- Sales & Business Development.
Supervision/Site Duties:
- Site supervision and project management.
- Assuring Health & Safety practices are followed in site.
- Inspecting materials and approving/rejecting materials.
- Preparing weekly work progress reports.
- Verify work progress bills submitted by contractors and approving/rejecting it.
- Liaising with contractors’ teams during projects construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Candidate must have minimum of 3 years’ experience architectural consulting office or in a construction company or interior decoration fit out office.
- Candidate must be based in Dubai.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Great work ethics.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design related programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
