We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and creating high-quality 3D visualizations for interior and exterior design projects. This position requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a thorough understanding of architectural design standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
- Develop detailed 2D plans, elevations, and sections for residential, commercial, and retail fit-out projects
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to translate concepts into visuals
- Modify and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project managers
- Ensure that all drawings and models are in compliance with relevant codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with site teams to provide drawing support and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman and 3D Visualizer (min. 3 years preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop (Revit is a plus)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and architectural styles
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio of previous 2D drawings and 3D visualization work is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- UAE experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality or local authority submission standards (optional)
