We are looking for Estimator with draftsman in fitout company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs from drawings (sometimes from conceptual sketches).
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Calculate materials, labor, and time costs.
- Assist in bid preparation and value engineering.
- Prepare or revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with design teams and project managers to ensure feasibility.
- Update drawings based on site conditions or client changes.
- Support in client presentations with 2D/3D visuals (if skilled in SketchUp or Revit)
Skills:
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
- Good spatial understanding and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of materials, joinery, and interior detailing.
Minimum 3 years of fitout/ Joinery experience..
