Job Title: Architectural Draughtsman – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role:
We are a leading interior fit-out company based in the UAE, seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman with 2–3 years of local experience in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in producing technical drawings for interior projects and knowledgeable about UAE authority regulations and submission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, or client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
- Assist in preparing drawing packages for authority submissions and project approvals.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and progress coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company is mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, material specifications, and interior construction detailing.
- Familiar with UAE municipality/authority standards and submission processes.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
- Currently available in the UAE, either on a visit visa or completed notice period who can join immediately
