We are seeking a talented Architectural and Fit-out Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs in various projects, including new constructions, renovations, and space planning. You will work closely with the design team and project Engineer to bring concepts to life, ensuring that all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Develop and design architectural Detailed Drawings, elevations, and sections based on the project specifications.
Conceptualization: Translate briefs and ideas into creative architectural solutions with strong visual impact.
Site Analysis & Surveys: Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and ensure that the project’s design fits with the actual conditions of the space.
Technical Drawings: Produce detailed construction drawings(MEP), technical plans, and layouts that comply with UAE Authority codes and standards.
Material Selection: Research and suggest materials, finishes, and furniture that align with project aesthetics.
Project Management Support: Assist in project coordination with the Project Engineer, track timelines, and ensure the design is delivered within deadlines and budget.
Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in architecture and 3D design, suggesting new techniques or technologies to enhance project quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience(UAE) in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and design trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas effectively
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and come up with creative solutions within project constraints.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
