Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fitout projects (commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality).
- Plan, schedule, and manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the UAE fitout/interior design market.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and cost estimates to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovative fitout solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in interior fitout project management and sales.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering fitout projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of UAE municipality and Civil Defense regulations related to fitout works.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience with design & build projects.
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and suppliers in the UAE.
