We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Automation & Integration Specialist to join our growing team. This role bridges Artificial Intelligence, Customer Service Platforms, Web Development, and IT Systems, focusing on building and maintaining automated workflows using n8n and other modern tools. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with workflow automation, REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using n8n to streamline business processes across departments (AI, customer service, IT, and web).
- Collaborate with AI developers and web teams to integrate APIs, AI models, and backend services.
- Support IT and technical infrastructure — ensuring all systems work in sync and are optimized.
- Build and maintain custom automation workflows for CRM, ERP, customer chatbots, form handling, notifications, and reporting.
- Document automation flows, manage versioning, and provide support for debugging and maintenance.
- Ensure seamless communication between platforms like Zoho, Shopify, GPT APIs, custom web apps, and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Monitor automation performance, error logs, and proactively optimize bottlenecks.
- Train team members on how to utilize or monitor automated workflows
