Our products feature bespoke artwork, and we are seeking an individual to manage a team of artists, assigning them projects based on customer requests.
This role also involves handling customer support by responding to emails and phone calls in both Arabic and English
Job Description
- You are responsible for managing customer interactions via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing support for order inquiries, and processing orders by sending payment links. Additionally, you will prepare daily reports on incoming calls and inquiries.
- Your duties also include handling drawing orders from the sales team, assigning these orders to artists, and following up to ensure completion, along with preparing corresponding reports.
- Coordination with sales and warehouse team members is required
- Scheduling and organizing business meetings for the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordinator position
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
