We’re Hiring – Remote Admin Coordinator!
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a remote admin role with a dynamic team? We're looking for a motivated individual currently residing in Dubai to support our operations from home.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communications
- Maintain digital files, reports, and data
- Support different departments remotely with admin needs
Requirements:
- Must be currently living in Dubai
- Must have own visa (spouse/family/freelance preferred)
- Strong English communication skills, can speak Tagalog is a PLUS.
- Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Experience in admin or coordination roles is a plus
- Culturally aligned with our friendly, collaborative team (we value professionals who share similar work ethics and communication styles)
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote – Work from home
- 6 days/week (Sundays off)
Salary: AED 3,000/month
