- Develop, organize, and manage arts-related programs, exhibitions, performances, and workshops.
- Collaborate with faculty, student clubs, and external artists to create engaging arts experiences.
- Identify opportunities to integrate art into campus life and promote cross-disciplinary projects.
- Supervise and guide students involved in art activities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Manage art supplies, equipment, and venue logistics for events and projects.
- Monitor student behavior during events and activities and escalate concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain a calendar of events and ensure proper communication and promotion through internal channels.
- Encourage student participation in arts through awareness campaigns, showcases, and competitions.
- Receive and address feedback, complaints, and suggestions related to arts programs.
