Job Purpose
The Asset Controller plays a critical role within DXB Live’s Warehouse & Resource Operations department, overseeing the complete lifecycle of physical assets — from planning and deployment to post-event returns and readiness for future use.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all assets:
- Deliver maximum return on investment (ROI)
- Remain event-ready at all times
- Are accurately tracked for accountability, availability, and operational efficiency
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize asset utilization across all DXB Live business activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset management, logistics, warehouse operations, or event services.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ERP/Asset Management Systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with RFID, QR tagging, and physical tracking systems
Soft Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinker focused on cost-efficiency and performance optimization
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within event-driven timelines
Training
- Any specific training required for the role can be provided after joining.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
