Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager

Brief Overview:
Assist the Bar Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences by supporting day-to-day bar operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards in service, safety, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and quality.
- Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to uphold professional service.
- Manage inventory, place orders, monitor stock levels, and support cost-control efforts.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
- Handle guest feedback and VIP requests promptly and professionally.
- Support promotional activities, beverage menu updates, and event coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending or bar supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service capabilities.
- Familiarity with bar operations, POS/cash handling, and stock management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
