Summary
This is not your average assistant role.
We're looking for a resourceful, detail-obsessed, and street-smart Personal Assistant who can wear multiple hats - from arranging meetings and negotiating with vendors, to planning the director’s vacation calendar and reorganizing the office stationary budget.
You’ll work directly with a director of a group of companies, supporting day-to-day work tasks, high-priority projects, and unexpected fires. If you’re the type who thinks three steps ahead, never misses a comma, and thrives in chaos, this is the role for you.
