We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with a strong background in wood carving, CNC routers, and proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood components, carvings, and custom pieces.
- Operate CNC routers and other woodworking equipment to cut, carve, and shape wood materials
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
- Use AutoCAD and AutoCAM to create and modify CNC programs
- Select appropriate materials, tools, and machine settings for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
- 2+ years experience operating CNC routers or in a similar woodworking CNC role
- Strong experience with wood carving and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAM for CNC programming
