Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of VAT compliance, corporate tax, and general financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely VAT filing
- Support corporate tax planning, preparation, and filing in accordance with UAE tax laws
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist the Finance Manager in financial planning and strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- CA Inter or ACCA (Inter) qualification
- 3 to 4 years of finance/accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
