About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial management across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations
- Support payroll, procurement, and asset management functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
