Experience:
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service setting (preferred but not always required)
- Familiarity with basic hair care products and tools
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interest in hairdressing and beauty services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and assist senior stylists
- Basic knowledge of hair washing, blow-drying, and salon sanitation
- Good time management and multitasking ability
- Physical stamina (standing for long periods, bending, lifting)
Duties May Include:
- Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying clients' hair
- Assisting stylists with color mixing, foiling, and treatments
- Sweeping, cleaning stations, and sanitizing tools
- Scheduling appointments and greeting clients
- Restocking and organizing salon products
- Ensuring a clean and welcoming salon environment
