- Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hotel IT systems including PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), accounting, HR, and other hospitality-related applications.
- Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and communication systems.
- Implementing upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance for hardware and software. Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and data security.
- Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions to reduce downtime. Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide IT support to guests, hotel staff, ensuring timely resolution of hardware/software issues.
- Exploring new technologies to improve guest experience (e.g., mobile check-in, digital keys, in-room entertainment systems).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of IT experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Strong knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), Windows/Linux servers, and MS Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
