As Assistant Manager, Core Banking Program, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive knowledge of product setup and process requirements. You will also be required to support the analysis & delivery of the Operations Core Banking project, by proactively driving the delivery of a next-generation Core Banking platform for Mashreq.
- Operational Process Leadership: Lead changes to operational processes driven by the implementation or upgrade of Oracle Flexcube, ensuring configurations align with new core banking functionalities and organizational standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the operations function to identify, analyze, and integrate operations products and processes, fostering cross-functional synergy.
- Testing Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive testing plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for all products and processes impacted by the Flexcube implementation.
- Test Case Management: Lead the review and approval of test cases related to various products and processes, ensuring thorough validation.
- Data Quality Assurance: Proactively identify data quality issues in the existing system and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures promptly.
- Exception Process Governance: Define and enforce exception processes, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are established and adhered to.
- Documentation Governance: Lead the review and approval of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), ensuring alignment with operational needs and providing necessary sign-offs
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with 6-8 years in banking operations.
