JOB PURPOSE
The Front Office (Relationship Management) serves as the crucial sales division of Emirates NBD Private Banking, acting as the primary liaison for all client interactions and driving the bank’s revenue generation.
As an Assistant Relationship Manger you will be an important pillar within the Front Office of the Private Bank despite being the most junior Relationship Manager. The position has mainly Revenue generating responsibilities. In addition, you will assist the Senior Director with planning, structuring and managing the clients’ assets. Finally, you will be instrumental in maintaining a vibrant link between team and Investment advisors in order to promote sale of investment products and servicing the clients’ investment needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the growth of the Private Bank by developing existing client relationships, guided and coached by Team Leader or Senior Director.
- Increase the share of Invested Assets by exploring Investment opportunities with the clients according to their risk appetite. Increase the clients share of wallet and contribute to the diversification of the Private Bank.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking
- Experiences
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Having an existing book of relationships and contacts consisting of high-net-worth individuals
- Knowledge & Skills Possess strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets, portfolio management and investment products, along with comprehensive understanding of compliance, due diligence, anti-money laundering regulations, and basic legal structures such as offshore accounts & trusts
- Behavioral Competencies Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity within the team by leading by example, inspiring junior team members and successfully developing one’s own client portfolio.
