Immediate Joiner only
- Assist the surveyors with the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, terms of business and contracts.
- Assist the surveyors with the formatting and preparation of valuation reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries made to the office.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers and employees.
- ·Set up and/or update electronic filing systems, records and reports for the team.
- ·Liaise with the office manager to keep a track of and replace office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
- All other ad hoc administrative and reception duties as required.
- · Coordinating portfolio valuation inspections, time frames and information with the regional offices, ensuring all information is collected as required.
- Assisting in research for reports where required
- ·Ensuring that the correct report and appendices are completed as per identified guidelines
- Updating bank contracts and providing company information as requested.
- Inputting information into the database.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing and spreadsheet
