Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives in achieving their personal and team sales targets.
- Promote and sell cards & personal loan products to individual customers.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics.
- Train, motivate, and support team members for higher productivity.
- Generate leads through field activity, cold calling and referrals.
- Build and manage lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (UAE or home country).
- Proven leadership skills or previous experience as a team leader/supervisor.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Must be currently based in UAE and available for in-person interviews.
