About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in managing the team’s workflow and productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader in daily operations and team supervision.
- Assist in coordinating tasks and schedules among team members.
- Help ensure Individual targets and KPIs are met.
- Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Provide input during team meetings and support training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a team support or junior leadership role is preferred.
- Team building is mandatory
- Expecting to join with 5 to 6 Sales Executives
- Prior Experience in Selling Credit card is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
